What happens at an evening’s dancing, then? 
    We always dance to live music, with visiting bands coming several times a year, and otherwise bands from our own members provide the music.

    Callers are from our own membership too, but we invite visiting callers a few times a year to come and run an evening.

    Can I cope? 
    You will find that you can join in straightaway – you don’t have to go to classes, and our members are only too happy to help newcomers.

    How do we do it? 
    A caller introduces each dance and explains the movements……….a beginner will quickly pick up the basics; there are no difficult steps to learn, and the caller is there to remind you what comes next.
